Bill Introduced In Congress That Would Require Gun Owners To Be Licensed & Sales Tracked

Here’s just another way that Communist Democrats are attempting to regulate and restrict your God-given right to keep and bear arms.  A bill introduced last week in the House by Representative Bobby Rush as H.R. 6024 and in the Senate as S.3002 by Senator Tammy Duckworth would require all gun owners to be licensed by the federal government and all gun sales tracked.

Needless to say, you don’t need a license to own a gun, just like you don’t need a license to engage in any of the other rights that are supposed to be protected under our Constitution, like exercising the Christian religion in public, free speech, freedom of the press or freedom of assembly. #FreeTommy Robinson Rally Draws Tens Of Thousands

This weekend, the #FreeTommy Robinson rally drew upwards of 20,000 supporters, according to organizers, in support of the outspoken critic of Islam and exposer of their crimes in his country and against his tyrannical arrest and imprisonment.

Among those in attendance at the Saturday rally in London outside Downing Street were UKIP leader Gerard Batten, For Britain leader Anne Marie Waters, former Breitbart London editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam and Dutch opposition leader Geert Wilders.

  • New York Fascists Advance "Publicity" Bill That Could Effect How Politicians & Celebrities Are Reported In The News

New York Fascists Advance “Publicity” Bill That Could Effect How Politicians & Celebrities Are Reported In The News

What the people of New York will tolerate in their state continues to amaze me!  Freedom of speech and freedom of the press is under attack and new legislation, if passed, would change the way journalists report individual’s names, making names effectively the same as property, according to the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF).

According to EFF, ” Assembly Bill 8155-B (and its counterpart Senate Bill 5857-B) would dramatically expand New York’s right of publicity, making it a property right that can be passed on to your heirs – even if you aren’t a New York resident.” READ MORE...

Disgraced Parkland School Resource Officer Scot Peterson: “How Can They Keep Saying I Did Nothing?”

The disgraced Parkland school resource officer, formerly of the  Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Scot Peterson, finally broke his silence in an interview with The Washington Post earlier this week.  Clearly, he lives with the memory of his inaction to protect those who were killed but claims that he wasn’t just doing nothing and rejected the claims that he is a coward.

After being in virtual hiding for three months, Peterson finally gave an interview to The Washington Post.

Peterson rejects the claims that he is a coward and a failure and that that fateful day in February “haunts” him. READ MORE...

Five Sue Feds Over Wrongful Denials By NICS & Slow Appeals Process

And here we go again.  This is just another example of what happens when people start calling for “stricter background checks” to obtain a gun instead of rendering justice upon those who deserve it.  Five plaintiffs are now suing the federal government over the wrongful denials of their right to purchase a gun by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

The five men filing the lawsuit come from five different states:  Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Mississippi and Texas.  Though they were denied a sale of a firearm, the FBI has not moved on its appeals since 2015.  That’s right, 2015! READ MORE...

  • Superior Court Upholds Conviction of Former Pennsylvania State Attorney General Kathleen Kane

Superior Court Upholds Conviction of Former Pennsylvania State Attorney General Kathleen Kane

Former Pennsylvania State Attorney General Kathleen Kane was convicted nearly two years ago of illegally leaking grand jury records and then lying about it.  Though she appealed her case, a Pennsylvania Appeals Court has upheld the decision reached by the jury.

Kane, 51, was the first woman and first Democrat to be elected to the office of Attorney General.  I’d say that’s probably a teachable moment for citizens of Pennsylvania.

    The Philadelphia Inquirer reports:

In its unanimous 23-page opinion, the three-judge Superior Court panel made quick work of one of Kane’s arguments — that the special prosecutor who first built the case against her lacked legal legitimacy. The panel noted that the state Supreme Court had rebuffed Kane on that score even before her conviction. READ MORE...

More UK Sharia: Firefighter Suspended For Supporting Tommy Robinson

No one can say this is not what this is.  The Sharia is being implemented in the United Kingdom and the Muslims are ready to seek total control.  The latest evidence of that fact is the suspension of a firefighter who simply voiced his support for the English Defence League’s founder, Tommy Robinson.

A firefighter with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service took to Facebook to state that he had been suspended from his job over giving support to Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, aka Tommy Robinson. READ MORE...
