How Louisiana Stood Up to the Anti-Gun Corporate Elite

The state of Louisiana recently held some members of the corporate social police accountable for discriminating against law-abiding Americans.

By a vote of 7-6, the State Bond Commission excluded Citigroup and Bank of America from the running for a lucrative state contract. Our reason for doing so: these corporations had introduced bank policies that restrict legal access to firearms and bank misrepresentations on those policies.

While our governor and his allies sided with these anti-gun corporations, conservatives stood together to protect the Second Amendment rights of Louisiana citizens. READ MORE...

If You Buy Abortion Supporters’ Logic, You Also Have To Support Slavery

With President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement, Roe v. Wade may be at long last on its way to the trash-heap of constitutional history. The only real question is whether it meets a swift execution or death by a thousand cuts. It is, therefore, worth revisiting a debate that the Supreme Court appears ready to correct for at least a generation.

Proponents of legalized abortion often define their position in terms of a woman’s right to choose. In its simplest form, this position argues that every person has the right to choose how he would like to live and that, with some exceptions for the sake of law and order, government should not be able to tell people differently. Most other positions on this side, from bodily autonomy to demands for exclusively female opinions on abortions, stem from the basic belief that humans have the right to dictate the terms of their own lives. Rep. Matt Gaetz: ‘Inconsistencies’ Appear Between Testimonies of Bruce Ohr, Glenn Simpson & Lisa Page

Although Bruce Ohr testified before Congress behind closed doors on Tuesday, Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Darrell Issa (R-CA) spoke to reporters during session breaks and provided some clues to his testimony.

Gaetz told reporters “either Bruce Ohr is lying or Glenn Simpson is lying and, in another circumstance, it’s either Bruce Ohr is lying or Lisa Page is lying.”

When Issa was asked about the inconsistencies referred to earlier by his colleague, he said:

“It is significant. There’s also some ambiguity between Ohr and Lisa Page. And there’s no question at all. We’re going to have to go back through the loop to find out which one of them is willing to change their story or face perjury.” READ MORE...

The powerful allegory of ‘The Pilgrim’s Progress’

He was imprisoned 12 years for preaching without a license from the government. This was John Bunyan, who died Aug. 31, 1688, the year of William and Mary’s Glorious Revolution in England, just a few years after William Penn founded Pennsylvania and the enormous Ottoman Muslim army was defeated at the Battle of Vienna.

John Bunyan was born in Bedford, England, in 1628, nearly a century before the Age of Enlightenment. He worked as a poor, unskilled tinker by trade. In 1657, at age 29, he became a Baptist minister and was arrested for having religious meetings, being imprisoned 1660-1672 and 1675-1676. READ MORE...

Former CIA Agent Kevin Shipp Bombshell: Indictments Are Coming

Shipp: “Russian intelligence had targeted the Clintons for this operation……”

Hunter: “…Just so people know, Campbell, he was the deep undercover guy……he testified on 3 Congressional Hearings. This is on the record, just so people know, this is not some crazy type..this is on the Congressional record, every single thing we have been talking about….”

Shipp: “Yah, that’s a good point to make, Gregg, this is all documented, every single thing we have discussed, this is on the Congressional Record, this is all out there for people to see, the espionage statutes that were violated are all out there for everyone to see. And the most bizarre thing about it, amongst many, is that Robert Mueller was in charge and running a counter-intelligence investigation against Russia during the Uranium One deal. He knew the Russians were engaged in extortion, bribery, racketeering, as you mentioned, related to Uranium One. He approved the Uranium One deal knowing  these millions of dollars were going into the Clinton Foundation, and he ignored the fact that these Russians had targeted ad essentially co-opted Hillary Clinton and were funneling money into her campaign and of course, $500,000 for Bill Clinton to go over there and speak. And Robert Mueller, in charge of FBI Counter-Intelligence in that investigation totally ignored the whole thing, brought no charges, and just basically put it under the blankets and covered it up.”

Left Ramps Up Calls for Trump Impeachment After Associates’ Convictions

Liberal activists—some of whom have called for President Donald Trump’s impeachment for more than a year— have grown louder after the convictions of two Trump associates last week.

Billionaire Tom Steyer, who already has spent millions on TV ads and runs the Need to Impeach petition campaign that has collected 5.6 million signatures, released a new ad Tuesday.

“How much more does Congress need to see? Donald Trump has now been implicated in two felony crimes,” Steyer says in the new ad, part of a new $1 million campaign. READ MORE...

  • Their Questions Prove Dems Don’t Want Justice From The Supreme Court

Their Questions Prove Dems Don’t Want Justice From The Supreme Court

Democrats tell Americans that all they want from a Supreme Court judge is empathy for people whom the Democrats regard as “little guys.” But they don’t want empathy; they want results, of two kinds.

First, they want federal judges to make decisions favoring “the little guy.” Second, they want a judge who will overturn Supreme Court precedents that adversely affect the “little guys.” Their continual rant about the court’s supposed bias against the “little guy” encourages the public to disrespect the court, its decisions, and the law. Democrats thus undermine the judicial branch of our government, undermining America. READ MORE...
