Black Conservatives Blame Barack Hussein Obama For America’s Racial Dysfunction

Candace Owens is living in the midst of a whirlwind right now. Less than two years ago, she was a left-leaning black woman who wanted to start an anti-bullying campaign, then she got bullied by leftists and had her big realization…

Everything she’d ever been taught about liberals and the black community was WRONG.

Today, she’s a spokesperson for Turning Points USA, and she’s friends with Kanye West. Yes, we can single-handedly thank Candace for opening Kanye’s eyes to the reality that liberal policies are what is keeping black America down.

However, Candace has more to say to us about race in America, and her most recent commentary may prove to be her most controversial yet.

  • The Barack Obama Legacy Deserves To Be Destroyed

The Barack Obama Legacy Deserves To Be Destroyed

It’s strange that a president who had such a transformative effect on our national discourse will leave such a negligible policy legacy. But Barack Obama, whose imperial term changed the way Americans interact and in some ways paved the way for the Trump presidency, is now watching his much-celebrated and mythologized two-term legacy be systematically demolished. This, in many ways, tells us that American governance still works.

When Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Iran deal, he could do so without much difficulty because the agreement hinged on presidential fiat rather than national consensus. But Obama’s appeasement of Iran was only one in a string of unilateral norm-busting projects that deserve to be dismantled.

Connecticut Subverts the Electoral College, Rejecting Its Own History

Opponents of the Electoral College achieved an important victory last weekend when Connecticut’s legislature passed the so-called National Popular Vote compact. Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is expected to sign the measure.

Most Americans have never heard of the National Popular Vote compact, but it is shockingly close to causing a major political and legal firestorm. It is a clever scheme to change how we elect the president without the bother of having to pass a constitutional amendment.

States that approve this legislation enter a simple compact with one another. Each participating state agrees to allocate its electors to the winner of the national popular vote regardless of how its own citizens voted.

Bizarre Leftist Claims Parents Need Consent From Babies Before Changing Diapers

Leftists just continue to get stranger in their ideology and quest towards a completely totalitarian/government-controlled society.  But now, one bizarre woman claims that parents need consent from their babies before a diaper can be changed.

A fiction novel could never do justice to the ridiculousness of the modern liberal. This is evidenced in an interview conducted by ABC with a terrifyingly serious woman who claims parents should have to get consent from their babies before removing fecal matter from their behinds.  The woman who made the ridiculous claim is now under fire.

Deanne Carson, who describes herself as a “sexuality educator, speaker, and author” on Twitter says asking the babies permission would set up an atmosphere of “consent” from birth.

  • Control The Words - Control The Culture

Control The Words – Control The Culture

    What’s in a word?

Why does it matter whether we call someone who breaks the law to enter the country an “illegal alien” or an “undocumented immigrant”? What’s the difference between a Christmas tree and a “holiday tree”?

    It’s just semantics, right?

    Yes…and no.

It is just semantics, but “semantics” means the meaning of words. Words exist so that we might discriminate one thing from another. Without words we have chaos. And it starts with the first words; a baby says mama to distinguish mommy from daddy. Words shape how we think; they color how we view the world.

No one understands this better than the Left.

  • The Incredible Chutzpah Of Obama's Iran Statement

The Incredible Chutzpah Of Obama’s Iran Statement

Obama has yet to answer a single question about his meeting with anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. But after President Trump pulled out of his failed Iran nuke scam, the disgraced former president objected to the move.

“Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America’s closest allies,” Obama posted. “In a democracy, there will always be changes in policies and priorities from one Administration to the next. But the consistent flouting of agreements that our country is a party to risks eroding America’s credibility, and puts us at odds with the world’s major powers.”

The nerve. The chutzpah, as they say in his least favorite country.

LGBT Activists Falsely Smear Those Protecting Children in Need

Oklahoma is just shy of a major victory for children in the adoption and foster care system—but LGBT activist groups are now threatening the state with boycotts if leadership follows through.

Senate Bill 1140 passed the Oklahoma legislature and is currently sitting on the desk of Gov. Mary Fallin. The bill ensures that faith-based foster and adoption providers can continue to operate according to their religious and moral beliefs as they serve children and families in need.

But now LGBT activist groups like the Human Rights Campaign are attacking the bill, claiming that it “shrinks the pool of prospective parents” and “is a blatant attempt to discriminate against LGBTQ Oklahomans.”

These accusations could not be further from the truth.

Nicaragua’s Regime Wants to Go the Direction of Venezuela. Here’s How That Can Be Avoided.

Since April 18, the largest protests in decades have engulfed many parts of the small Central American country of Nicaragua.

Hundreds of thousands of demonstrators have taken to the streets to demonstrate against their authoritarian government led by former communist revolutionary Daniel Ortega and his handpicked vice president and wife, Rosario Murillo.

Initially, demonstrators took to the streets to protest an unpopular social security reform. But the government’s brutal repression of the protesters—many of them university students—has spawned a backlash against Ortega’s socialist Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN).

Nicaraguan police and pro-government thugs have killed dozens of protesters. Hundreds have also been injured or disappeared.

  • Venezuela’s Economic Problems Are Caused By Socialism, Not Oil Prices

Venezuela’s Economic Problems Are Caused By Socialism, Not Oil Prices

News media have been publishing frequent reports about why Venezuela is doing so badly. Usually they cite falling oil prices. But since September 2017, oil prices have been rising. How much has the Venezuelan economy improved? How much have their oil exports increased? The short answers are, “The economy has gotten worse” and “Oil exports have continued to decline.”

The BBC weighed in with this screaming headline: “Venezuela’s decline fuelled by plunging oil prices.” CNBC offered this succinct analysis:

Oil accounts for 95 percent of Venezuela’s export earnings, and combined with gas, it’s 25 percent of the country’s gross domestic product.

  • The Left's Selective, Changing Rules on Cultural Appropriation

The Left’s Selective, Changing Rules on Cultural Appropriation

The impossibly fickle, selective, and whimsical rules of cultural appropriation are hard to keep straight.

(Oops! I said “straight.” Apologies to whomever. Oops, can I say “whomever”? Zimever? Verselves? Gah.)

According to the white people who run the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center, eating tacos, drinking tequila, and wearing sombreros on Cinco de Mayo “are textbook examples of cultural appropriation.” Euro-privileged people at Gonzaga University similarly warned “non-Mexican individuals” on campus not to wear costumes insensitive to the “Latinx culture.” No-nos included “serapes” and “fake mustaches.”

An African-American writer at The Root, a website for “Black news, opinions, politics, and culture,” counseled non-Mexican people on behalf of Mexican people to “cut it out with being a culturally appropriating jackass and leave the sombreros home.”

According to the politically correct powers that be on Twitter, a white girl cannot wear a Chinese qipao dress to prom because Asian-Americans might be offended—even though actual Chinese people are not.

  • Why Hasn’t John Kerry Been Arrested? He Has Leftist Privilege

Why Hasn’t John Kerry Been Arrested? He Has Leftist Privilege

Like Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State John Kerry apparently enjoys the immunity from prosecution that being a powerful Leftist brings you today.

The Boston Globe revealed Friday that Kerry is working hard to sabotage President Trump’s foreign policy regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran. Kerry reportedly “sat down at the United Nations with Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to discuss ways of preserving the pact limiting Iran’s nuclear weapons program.”

This was not, apparently, a one-off meeting between Kerry and the foreign minister of the regime that orders its citizens to chant “Death to America” in mosques every Friday: “It was the second time in about two months that the two had met to strategize over salvaging a deal they spent years negotiating during the Obama administration, according to a person briefed on the meetings.”

Further, the Globe reported that Kerry has not limited his shadow diplomacy to Zarif: “[Kerry] also met last month with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and he’s been on the phone with top European Union official Federica Mogherini … Kerry has also met with French President Emmanuel Macron in both Paris and New York, conversing over the details of sanctions and regional nuclear threats in both French and English.”

Today, Kerry’s spokesperson confirmed the meetings — but danced around admitting his behavior:

  • How President Trump Could End Obamacare With A Single Tweet

How President Trump Could End Obamacare With A Single Tweet

After more than eight years of promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Republican-led Congress has yet to pass legislation that would replace Obamacare, which has forced millions of Americans to lose their doctors, caused dramatic increases in health insurance premiums and deductibles, and pushed millions more into Medicaid.

However, a relatively small provision included in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, passed in December 2017, gives President Trump the ability to achieve what his party has failed to accomplish — ending the disastrous Obamacare program — and without the approval of Congress.

Following the passage of the ACA, the health-care law faced numerous legal challenges, culminating in a controversial 5–4 decision by the Supreme Court in 2012 to uphold the ACA, with Chief Justice John Roberts delivering the deciding vote.

  • Her Family Hopes to Prevent More School Massacres

Her Family Hopes to Prevent More School Massacres

Julie Pollack, who lost her 18-year-old stepdaughter Meadow in the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, is taking steps she hopes will prevent other students from dying in similar mass murders.

Meadow Pollack, a senior, died during the Feb. 14 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in which a 19-year-old former student with a rifle killed 17 and wounded 17 more.

Her stepmother spoke exclusively to The Daily Signal about the family’s experience since the massacre, their efforts to improve school safety, and the legacy Meadow left behind.

“We wanted to be an advocate for parents for what to ask for from their schools for school safety,” Julie Pollack told The Daily Signal in a phone interview.

Same Policies That Failed to Stop Florida Shooter Exist in School Districts Nationwide

Critics of President Donald Trump said his response to the Florida school shooting earlier this year was ill-conceived and a failure.

Yet a new startling revelation from school district officials in Broward County, Florida, shows the White House’s response was indeed appropriate—more than even the Trump administration knew.

On Feb. 14, Nikolas Cruz, a student with a long history of problems in and out of school, allegedly opened fire and claimed the lives of 17 students and adults at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Following the shooting, the Trump administration created a new school safety commission. One of the commission’s assignments is to consider the repeal of student discipline guidelines that the Obama administration issued in 2014.

  • Is The NRA's Non-Profit Status On the Anti-Second Amendment Advocates' Agenda Next?

Is The NRA’s Non-Profit Status On the Anti-Second Amendment Advocates’ Agenda Next?

A professor of law at Loyola University Chicago took it upon himself to blast the National Rifle Association over its non-profit status, engaging in lobbying, education, and the media.

All of those things are perfectly legal under their non-profit status, but Samuel Brunson, writing at The Conversation and also republished at Yahoo News writes, “… the NRA may sometimes let donations flow too freely between its affiliates, as Yahoo News has reported, in ways that violate federal electoral laws.”

Yet, there have been no charges.  Furthermore, Brunson doesn’t even take the time to write about and investigate whether “anti-NRA memes implying that the nonprofit abuses its tax-exempt” are true or not.
